No. ClinicSpot is built for any clinic or practice that deals with material stock, expirations and consumption — from dental and aesthetic clinics to veterinary practices and polyclinics.
What size of clinic is ClinicSpot for?+

Can I do stock intake on mobile?+
Yes. Start intake on your computer and finish it smoothly on your phone (or the other way round). Add products by taking a photo — AI recognises the item — and with the QR and EAN scanner straight from mobile.
How long does deployment take?+
You can start immediately — the system runs in the browser, no installation needed. The real ramp-up time depends on your clinic's size and whether you've kept stock records so far: from a few days to a couple of weeks. We're happy to help with data migration and team training.
Will you help us move from Excel or an old system?+
Yes. We can handle data migration and team training for you as an optional assisted service — we'll price the scope according to your clinic's size and the state of your data. If you prefer, you can do the ramp-up yourselves and we'll be there alongside you.
Do I have to pay right away?+
No. You start with a personalized demo and a no-commitment trial period. You only pay once you decide to continue.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Data is encrypted, hosted in the EU, and each clinic has its own separated space. You control access with roles (owner, admin, manager, reception, read-only).
